Web Applications: BPO Management

I have developed an application for BPO Management. There are four types of users, reports, create campaigns and manage leads.

I have developed BPO Management Application, There was five types of users:

1) Owner
2) Broker
3) Verifiers
4) CCO
5) Agents

I have also created reports for leads and user can also import reports in excel.

Verifiers have right to accept and reject leads.
